What my kids want for Christmas

We put up our gi-normous tree this past Saturday. As soon it was stood it up, I said, Is the tree topper going to fit? My mom came over later and the first thing she said was, Is the tree topper going to fit? Women! So practical!

So Greta and Magnus dictated their Christmas lists to me the other night:

Magnus is a man with simple needs.

Magnus is a man with simple needs.

The ‘big boy bike with a place to put candy’ – makes me laugh. So sweet. Is there a chance candy will be his only vice through college into adulthood?

Greta’s list is what corporate America would refer to as a living document. It changes with every Disney Jr commercial and Justice catalog that comes in the mail.

Greta's list is so long I couldn't fit her name in the shot. When I was a kid, Santa didn't take orders (except for the year I requested and received a basket of musical, stuffed white kittens as seen in the JC Penney catalog). I don't think Santa's policy has changed much in 30 years. He has a mind of his own!
