You feel almost virtuous eating these cookies because they’re so full of good stuff: oats, dark chocolate, pecans and craisins. I make them all the time, and the kids love to help because there’s lots of stuff to measure.
We started calling them Greta cookies a few years ago, because Greta likes them. A lot.
The recipe is from a blog called For the Love of Cooking but I make a few modifications to the original: dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet chips and regular flour instead of wheat.
