A cold-weather dinner favorite


This is one of our favorite cold-weather dinners. I actually made it last week but I’m a little behind in my blogging!

It’s braised short ribs with a rosemary wine sauce, baked Brussels sprouts with bacon and lots of cream and butter, and one of my favorite super-easy sides: roasted wild mushrooms (olive oil, salt & pepper, roast in a 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes).

Perfect for a cold fall night.
